My lesson plan (probably over two periods) is on Option 1 Unpacking Key AI Concepts. I’ve pretty much used the videos from the MOOC and came up with discussion questions for students to cover. The key concept I focused on is the types of ML. I devised a hands-on activity as an assessment for learning. Students will use plastic arthropods to create resources which represent the different types of ML. I have attached the presentation, and the sample resource. I’ve also included an activity at the end where students can use the AI Experiments site (by Google) to explore simple experiments. I’ve attached a link to this.
