My brother works in the technology industry and has shared with me many ideas about how AI could make people’s lives easier. One example is using AI to improve searches for things like a new job or a flat mate or somewhere to live. Instead of being presented with an overwhelming number of possibilities when seeking a job, people could be presented with increasingly relevant opportunities as the computer learnt the specific features of a job that the person is looking for. Using a combination of regular filters and AI, searching for a job could be less overwhelming.
